Swimming

Jack is taking swim lessons and is doing really well. After only 2 lessons (many more to come), his confidence in the pool has improved a lot. He spends a lot of time in the water so he is already comfortable in the pool, and is now becoming increasingly comfortable with the concept and mechanics of swimming. 

This is video of Jack during his lesson, early in the session. He was much more comfortable doing this same exercise by the end, but couldn't get video because I was in the water too. After another hour+ in the pool with his dad, Jack was comfortable being tossed up in the air and landing in the water (and going under) and then swimming back (with a vest) to his dad. Huge change. This is the summer of Jack swimming!
