Jack recently moved to a new house. He has a super cool new room and a really big backyard. He keeps telling me we live in the woods. For those of our friends and family in Michigan, no, we do not live in the woods. We still live in the District, just the less sketchy side of it.
To inaugurate the new house, we have been playing outside, setting up Jack's pool, and having friends over for dinner to celebrate.
Jack thought moving was so fun, he asked if we could do it again. I said no.

Finger painting with Avery! Avery and her family moved back from Paris this spring, and the old friends are reunited once again.
The best part of this picture is that they were finger-painting. Jack is covered in paint, and Avery looks like she hasn't even touched any of it. Oh, the difference between boys and girls. |
