3-D Movies

This weekend, Jack and friends went to see Big Hero 6 in 3-D. Seeing the magical joy on his face the first time the popcorn blows off the screen is worth the price of admission. The movie was cute, too.

At one point when Jack had to go to the bathroom, I asked him if he wanted to take off his glasses while we exited the theater; he told me no, because they help him see better.

Jack's weekends are always jammed packed, and this one was no exception. In addition to the movie, which was followed by dinner out for cheese quesadillas and chips (his favorite!), he had two play dates with Tommy - his best friend in the whole wide world; a play date with Leo - his best friend from school; and brunch with adults - which I'm sure bored him, but he was exceptionally well behaved.

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we also talked a lot about what we are thankful for, because we are very fortunate. In no particular order, this is what Jack told me: monster trucks, fire trucks, garbage trucks, Mommy, his cars, race cars, and Tommy.
