Jack is sick. Last night (Thursday) he woke up crying and struggled to go back to sleep for the rest of the night with a cold and ear infection. He went to the doctor today for an antibiotic to help with his ear infection but he is not feeling better yet. We canceled our weekend plans of going to a resort in West Virginia for events Michael was to attend for work. Tonight (Friday) has been challenging, as poor Jack has been crying again for a few hours not able to sleep despite our best efforts, so now he has joined us on the couch for some Sesame Street to calm down. Hopefully we can all get some sleep tonight soon and tomorrow will be a better day.
