Still sick ...

Jack is still not feeling well. Saturday after his afternoon nap he seemed much better so we went out and enjoyed the hot afternoon at DC Pride Fest and he had a lot of fun, and he slept great on Saturday night after two rough nights on Thursday and Friday, but today he is clearly not feeling well again. He threw up  his breakfast and went down for an early nap. His ear infections seem to be better - he does not appear to be in pain anymore - but his cold is not getting better yet. Worse still, Jack's mommy caught his cold and is pretty under the weather. Dad does not feel great, but so far is not nearly as bad as Maria or Jack.

Taken Friday night, around 11:30p, by Michael on the sly with his iPhone. This is how Jack finally fell asleep, passing out on his dad's lap with Skylos after watching college baseball for about 20 minutes. For some reason, baseball on TV is what calmed Jack down and allowed him to relax and eventually just pass out. He slept for about 15 minutes this way to get into a deeper sleep before Michael put him in his crib. He woke up 3x that night, but at least he got some sleep.

Sunday morning, 11am. After playing with his blocks, Skylos' bones, and tearing through the Sunday Washington Post, Jack was tired. So tired in fact, he laid down on the floor indicating he was ready for an early nap. 90 minutes later, he is asleep in his crib.
