Traveling to Paris - Jack's first international flight

Jack is a great traveler - he has already flown to San Diego, Las Vegas, and to Detroit (a few times) in addition to some long drives to Michigan and North Carolina. He earned his world traveler credential when he flew to Paris, France with us and he did well (except for about 1 hour of the nearly 8 hour flight when he was basically asleep, but crying hard because he was out of sorts - poor guy).

Here are some pics from our travel to France. We'll post more pictures of our time in Paris soon - we'll be here for a while!

Jack and Michael just before boarding the very large Air France Airbus A380. Jack travels in style, and in this case, he got to fly on the largest passenger airplane in the world!

Once on the plane, Jack had a bassinet all to himself, attached to the wall of one of the many bulkhead rows. What a great luxury for our little man. Unfortunately, it was just a tad too small for our big guy, so he was not super comfortable in it, but it was a really nice feature of the A380.
Unable to sleep just yet, Jack plays with his parents (empty) wine bottles - one red and one white.
Little man goes down - he slept for about 2 hours in this position.

Awake, altogether, looking forward to landing after about 7 hours in the air.

Finally in our hotel room after more than 12 hours of travel, Jack is super excited to stretch out and get some real sleep. First, cuddle and play time with mommy!
