Tonight, Michael and Maria had a babysitter courtesy of our friends who lives in Paris and they were able to enjoy a nice dinner out in Paris sans The Jack.
Jack was great for the babysitter, but is now wide awake again at 130am Paris-time again. Michael is also wide awake because he is working - only 730p on the east coast & he is working across the ocean to get a bill passed in Congress. Maria is in bed with Jack trying [unsuccessfully] to get the boy to sleep again.

| Light rain, so Jack is all prepped to go to the park. Our goal was to wear him out before we left for dinner to make it easy on the babysitter. This was a great success. He was wiped. He took 4 steps on his own on the way back from the park. He'll be walking on his own soon. He has the ability, but not the confidence yet to go on his own. |
