Jack Loves the Smithsonian

I've said it before and I will say it again, I love living in DC and being so close to so many amazing and free museums.  The other day was rainy and cold, in other words it was the perfect day to head down the National Gallery of Art and the Natural History Museum.
Here Jack is critiquing some of the art work on display in the National Gallery.  As you can see from his expression,  he is quite opinionated.  Can't wait to hear what he has to say next week at the Lourve!

Jack was mesmerized by the waterfalls on the concourse level of the National Gallery that connect the East Building and West Building.  He probably could have stayed and stared at the water pouring down for hours.

On our way to the Natural History Museum we stopped at the Sculpture Garden to look at the fountain and the ducks.  I can't wait to take Jack back here in the summer for a picnic!

Jack traveling in style staying nice and dry.

Cruising at the Natural History Museum.  Watch out coral!!

Riding the metro like a pro - Jack is hanging on to the rail just like Mom!  Seriously, this kid is awesome!  He travels so easily and really goes with the flow!
