Little Guy, Big City

Jack is an urban baby.  He is learning his numbers by looking at the buttons on the elevator  (did you know that numbers only go from P2 to PH?), he doesn't realize that everyone doesn't need to use an elevator to enter and exit their house (or a key fob), and he is in his stroller WAY MORE than he is ever in a car seat.  Here are some pictures of Jack enjoying his city this morning.

Trying to break into the goldfish crackers.

Eating lunch at Busboys & Poets on 14th Street, NW.  (They put us in a corner away from all of the other customers)

After deciding he wasn't hungry, Jack let his Mom eat while he people watched.

Hanging out on the roof of our building, looking down our street.
Can you find the Washington Monument and the Capitol Building?  They are not as far off as they seem.

Good news: Jack was accepted to pre-school over the weekend!  Michael and Maria's work as parents is now complete.  He will matriculate in the winter of 2013.
