This morning, Jack was taking a lovely, long nap in his swing when I took this picture. The pic is a little blurry because the swing was moving pretty fast.
Today is day 4 of Maria's time back at work and Jack's time with his Yaiyia during the day. Evey is in DC for the whole summer to watch Jack, and we are very thankful she is here to care for him and that they get to spend so much time together getting to know one another. The transition back to work for Maria has, of course, been hard, but she is very strong and is handling it very well. Jack is a champ; he has been great all week, or so Evey tells us, but I guess grandchildren are always perfect in the eyes of their grandparents.
