Jack's 40 Day Blessing

This morning at St. George's Greek Orthodox Church in Bethesda, Maryland, Jack received his "40 Day" Blessing. Today was actually Jack's 2-month birthday, but we waited to do the blessing when Jack's Pappou was in town with Theo Andrew.

Jack was a little nervous as he entered the church so he was holding his dad's hand pretty tight

Jack decided pretty quick he didn't like the church and wanted to leave ... now!

During the blessing Jack calmed down and enjoyed all the bright lights and colors

The priest hands Jack back to his mother - this was about 30 seconds before we walked him back down the main aisle and Jack projectile vomited on Maria and all over the church's carpeting, in front of all the parishioners. It was hilarious.
