Today, we spent the afternoon down at the National Mall walking, running and looking at the monuments. Maria, Jack & Skylos walked around while Michael did an 8-mile run. It is 82 degrees, sunny, and a beautiful Sunday in Washington, DC.

| A very sweaty Michael is greeted by Jack after his 8-mile run around the Mall. We didn't dare take Jack out of the car seat - he would wake up and cry immediately. |
